Slayer Espresso Machines

Why Slayer

CONSISTENT ALL DAY

Your baristas change shifts. Your espresso shouldn't. Record a dialed-in recipe on the Steam LP and play it back all day, or program up to four push-button shot volumes per group on the Steam EP. Individual brew tanks with PID control keep temperature steady through high-volume service, and low-maintenance electronic steam valves don't need the rebuilds mechanical valves do — so the bar keeps moving.

The Lineup

Five machines, one philosophy: give the barista total control.

Slayer Steam LP

Slayer Steam LP

“The barista's dream machine”

Slayer Steam LP provides access to easy manual pressure profiling and excellent espresso extraction. Volumetric outputs are easily repeated by "recording" recipes as you dial in––you can then "playback" the same consistent shot all day using the paddle actuator. This machine provides baristas with advanced-level brewing techniques and easy repeatability, which we believe makes it the baristas dream machine.
Slayer Steam EP

Slayer Steam EP

“The ultimate espresso workhorse”

Slayer Steam EP is our total value machine and comes at a very high feature specification for its class. With individual brew tanks, no steam valve rebuilds and easy to program volumetric output this is the benchmark for specialty coffee espresso machines.
Slayer Espresso

Slayer Espresso

“The ultimate coffee professional's tool”

Slayer's flagship product. Uncompromisingly manual and completely focused on extraction. It is the only espresso machine that lets you precisely and consistently control the flow rate of water allowing you to grind coffee finer and develop incredible flavor profiles.
Slayer Steam Single

Slayer Steam Single

“The Steam Single is the most accessible SLAYER yet”

Steam Single features black matte powder-coated cup rail and wings, anodized aluminum body panels, Soft Touch™ portafilters and Onyx Duratex™ actuators.
Slayer Espresso Single Group

Slayer Espresso Single Group

“The ultimate coffee professional's tool”

We also offer a Single Group version of the Slayer Espresso. We've taken just enough out to make it fit on a standard home kitchen counter and run on 110v power.
